They both are known to be durable and long lasting when properly taken care of. -Virgin hair comes from more than one donor and is typically cheaper than 100 % Raw human hair. -Raw Hair comes from one donor, is a higher quality hair. Because of its durability and longevity, it will typically have a higher price point.

Packages are sent via USPS ground/ regular shipping or priority shipping. Shipping can take anywhere from 3-14 business days. Depending on the specifics of the product and inventory. Also, weather conditions can play a factor in shipping and cause delays. So, we ask that you look out for shipment alerts and emails to keep track of your order & place orders in a timely fashion. For customized machine made wigs shipping will be between 14-21 business days. Extended time is needed for crafting of the wig.

A Closure or frontal is a hair finishing piece, used to “close off” a sew-in or a wig. A closure is a temple to temple hairpiece, typically you will need 3–5 bundles to achieve a full sew in. A frontal is an ear to ear hairpiece, placed against the edge of the hairline, typically 2–4 bundles you will need for a full sew in with a lace frontal. Ultimately, The amount of hair/ bundles needed to achieve your desired look will vary from person to person, depending on head size.

TIPS: Use Gentle Washing: A sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner is preferred. Wash your hair gently, avoiding vigorous scrubbing. Proper Drying: Pat your hair dry with a soft towel and let it air dry whenever possible. Although our hair tolerates heat extremely well, with all hair that comes directly from the scalp, it's always suggested that you try to avoid excessive heat. Regular Brushing: Use a wide-tooth comb or a special extension brush to detangle your hair. Start from the ends and work your way up. All hair bundles and wigs are prepared for immediate install.
